Oh dear

I've been well and truly bitten by yet another crafty bug.... this time it's decorating candles.

I just had to make another one this evening as I enjoyed it sooooooo much yesterday.

I'm a little disappointed with this one though as for some reason the embossing powder was coming off as I was unwrapping it from the greaseproof. Just as well I put 3 of the same image on it at least that way I could take a photo of the best one.

Well must get back to making some roundies or we'll never achieve the world domination that I promised Andrea.

First Candle project

Evening everyone. Just completed my first attempt at the tissue paper technique on a candle. I'm now hooked and thinking what else to put on a candle.

Please be kind to me as it's not perfect by any stroke of the imagination but I would really appreciate any feedback.

New baby boy card

Just thought I'd upload the card I've just finished for my mum-in-laws friends daughter,who gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy this morning.

I'm hoping that my mum-in-law is going to like itas well as the final recipients of course.

Okay,must go and do my sandwiches for my pack up tomorrow and toddle off to bed....work tomorrow.

I've been having a lot of fun customising this here blog of mine.Those of you who have seen it i the last couple of days will now notice that it is all pretty now thanks to those lovely people at the cutest blog on the block.
I think I might be getting the hang of this malarky now touch wood.
On another note,I've noticed that I've got 10 followers as I type this,wow,I'm sooooooooooooo excited.Sad isn't it!
Okay I really ought to go now and cook hubby and me something to eat before we start eating stuff we shouldn't.

Happier now

I'm a little happier with my blog page now that I've got some prettyness on it,think I'll have a look about for a different clock though as it's not really me.

Had a text from my girls this morning wishing me a Happy Mothers Day,must find the cards that I've made or I'll have two very upset mums on my case.

I might have a play and see if I can upload anything

- oh look at that.....I've got a picture.The green one is my mums card.

Now then lets see if I can get my mum-in-laws up too - yay, look at that.Both of them together.

I'll try and set off my photos a little better for future uploads,haven't really bothered before as they've only been going onto my Trimcraft gallery.

Okay I'd better go for now as I have to go shopping.The husband wants Xbox credits for new maps or something like that,I just want food for the weeks pack-ups.

What am I doing here?

I've only started this as I started following a couple of my buddies from Trimcraft blogs and to be honest I haven't got the foggiest what I am doing.
Hopefully I'll get the hang of this soon and I can start making my blog look a little bit more interesting than it really is. Well just making it interesting would be a start!
Well thats enough of me rambling on about nothing,I'm going back to my comfort zone,the Trimcraft site,I know what I'm doing on there.
